Very nice atmosphere. Charming. Good food. Consistent. Good options. Loved the White Oak Martini! Coconut shrimp were very good. Burrata toast was too light on Burrata. Scallop appetizer had great flavor. The french dip was ok.
Loved this restaurant. I must say, my girlfriend suggested it as I never heard of it in all my trips to Tampa, FL. I think that I was mostly impressed by the store. I could spend hours looking at all the furniture and nick nacks. For my brunch, I ordered the Belgium waffles with side of scrambled eggs and link sausage and delicious hot chocolate. I enjoyed it. Service was very good all around. Friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back.
Wow.. this place is a lot a lot...gorgeous and great service!! Purchased a couple things but didn't have lunch. Next time.. highly recommend driving out to see this spot.
This charming White Oak Cottage is more than just a restaurant and store... It's a destination! The food at the restaurant was excellent - highly recommend the pear and brie artisan flatbread, shrimp and corn chowder, and roasted brussel sprouts. The fruit wine flight was fun and tasty as was the berry seltzer, and the White Oak Cottage hot tea with honey was amazing. The restaurant was adorably decorated, and the servers were friendly and helpful. The store was a beautiful boutique-type space, full of beautiful items for the home, as well as items that would make perfect gifts. We enjoyed our girls' night out at the White Oak Cottage... Thank you White Oak! We will definitely return!
Super cute restaurant and boutique with delicious food. We were seated to eat quickly, our server was friendly, food was a tad slow but definitely okay for house made dishes. Diner be ware: the brussel sprouts portion is HUGE! Hope you're really hungry of you're ordering them! The boutique has a ton of cute items, sliiiiightly on the pricey side. Also kinda tight quarters so if you're claustrophobic you might not enjoy the shopping part.
We enjoyed our 1st visit to The White Oak. Service was prompt, Sophia did a nice job. We started with the whipped feta, a must try. I got the French Onion Melt which was very flavorful and the meat was very tender. My wife got the Pear and Brie Flatbread. She said it was delish. Soda's and Tea are all bottled. My only complaint. Iced tea in FL should be fresh brewed not from a bottle.
